The third ship to cancels Baltics sailing will travel Norwegian Fjords all summer.
The continuing war in Ukraine has forced another cruise line to make the difficult decision to cancel sailing this summer in the Baltics. MSC has announced that the MSC Grandiosa would reposition to the Norwegian Fjords for the summer season.
Two other MSC ships, the MSC Poesia MSC Preziosa, will have adjusted itineraries in some Baltic ports.
MSC Grandiosa will sail from Kiel, Germany, to Copenhagen, then to the Norwegian Fjords, calling Hellesylt for Sunnylvsfjord and sailing through Aurlandsfjord to Ålesund and the village of Flåm.
Norwegian Cruise Line and Princess Cruise Line had previously announced their decision to pull their ships from the Baltics because of poor sales and safety concerns.
