Clare Ward, Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines' Director of Product and Customer Service wants to make sure nothing gets in the way of your travel experience. Especially things like the endless government forms and Covid testing requirements. To make that happen, Fred Olsen is offering their Travel Ready Service.

According to their website, the "Travel Ready Service helps add that extra bit of reassurance that we have got everything covered should any requirements change. We will take care of all the paperwork we are permitted to, including Passenger Locator Forms and NHS vaccination letters, and order any tests that may be required. The cost is dependent on the types of tests that are required at the time. Typically, this will be from £49 for packages requiring a lateral flow test to £99 for packages requiring a PCR test."

In a statement, Ward explained, "We want our guests to look forward to their cruise from the moment they make their booking, whether they are looking to seek out the Northern Lights, explore a European city on a short break or venture further afield … With our Travel Ready Service they can feel reassured that, should any requirements change in the days leading up to, during or after their cruise, we will have it covered."

Ward continued, "We can (then) make sure the guidance is as up-to-date as possible. Knowing they can add this package before they sail allows them to book with confidence and look forward to their holiday with peace of mind."

Guests can add the service to their booking once they are three weeks ahead of their departure. Prices start from 49 British pounds per person, the cruise line said.
