Royal Caribbean Approved for Two More Freebie Cruises
Allure of the Seas and Symphony will sail two day cruises testing safety results with unvaccinated guests.
Royal Caribbean international President Michael Bayley announced on his Facebook page that his cruise line has received approval from the U.S. Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC) for two more simulated sailings with volunteers onboard.
The Allure of the Seas has been approved for a July 27 cruise from Port Canaveral and the Symphony of the Sea will sail August 1 from Miami.
Both sailings will be two nights and will allow Royal Caribbean to test protocols to sail under the Conditional Sail Order (CSO) from the CDC with less than 98 percent of guests vaccinated, a key agenda item in the effort to return to cruising with families aboard.
