The CDC currently lists about 80 destinations worldwide at Level Four. It also raised the island of Curaçao to Level Four on Monday.
On Monday, officials at the CDC, who have raised "cry wolf" to an Olympic bureaucratic level, added Canada to the list of dangerous places to visit.
According to a statement, the CDC advised against travel to Canada because of a rising number of COVID-19 cases.
There has been no comment from Canadian officials.
Last month, Canada's government implored residents not to leave the country for non-essential travel.
